Late in 2011, CNET was aglow with rumors about the potential for a smaller iPad model, about supplier talks about an 8-inch screen. Now, the Wall Street Journal is stepping in with rumors that when Apple makes an iPad 3 announcement in early March, an 8-inch iPad could also be announced.
