McNeil Consumer Healthcare, a division of Johnson Johnson, is recalling all infant Tylenol due to problems some parents have had with its new SimpleMeasure dosing system. 574,000 bottles of Infants' Tylenol Oral Suspension, 1 oz. Grape, have been recalled. Details about how to get a refund can be found here.
McNeil says SimpleMeasure includes a dosing syringe, which a parent or caregiver inserts into a protective cover, or "flow restrictor," at the top of the bottle to measure the proper dose. McNeil says in some cases, the flow restrictor was pushed into the bottle when inserting the syringe. McNeil says consumers can continue to use Infants' Tylenol provided the flow restrictor at the top of the bottle remains in place. The Wall Street Journal reports that Green Mountain Coffee Roasters Inc., manufacturer of the popular Keurig brewing machines, is planning a premium brewer priced at $249.99. A sign of the Keurig's popularity is that the K-cups used in the Keurig are taking up more and more space in the coffee aisle at the grocery store.
The WSJ says the new device, called Vue, will also use K-cups. It will be able to brew coffee in different ways and will be able to add foam to coffee drinks.

Wolfgang Puck has been selected by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences to create the menu for the Governors Ball. The Governors Ball is the celebration immediately following the Oscars. This will be the 18th consecutive year Puck will create the special gourmet meal.
Puck says, "We are so excited to help create a new energy for the Governors Ball this year. With fantastic California ingredients, a few luxuries, and some favorite comfort foods, there will truly be something for everyone, and inspiration for anyone hosting a party at home. The 2012 menu created by Puck and Chef Matt Bencivenga will feature more than fifty dishes, from one-bite hors d'oeuvres to small-plate entrees. Menu items will include smoked salmon Oscars, lobster tacos with tomato and pickled Shallots, beet salad with pistachio butter, burrata and citrus balsamic and chicken pot pie with shaved black truffles. Pastry Chef Sherry Yard will create gold-dusted chocolate Oscars. The menu incorporates local produce and sustainable seafood. It will also include surprise sweets pay homage to the future of Oscar in 3D.

There have been subtle signs the economy is starting to improve. The economy added over 240,000 jobs in January. Unfortunately, rising gas prices are just the thing that can quickly halt any economic improvement. Gas prices are up over 20% since December and the summer driving season has not yet begun. Disney Consumer Products (DCP) unveiled a over 130 toys inspired by four series on Disney Junior at at the 2012 American International Toy Fair in New York City. Sharon Osbourne and David Arquette, voices of Mama Hook and Skully on Jake and the Never Land Pirates, joined Mickey mouse and Minnie Mouse to preview the new toys. They were both presented custom made toys of their characters at the Toy Fair.
The new toys include play sets, figures and plush toys from Fisher Price; role play sets, accessories, plush and dolls from Just Play; interactive board games from Wonder Forge; children's electronics from VTech; ride-ons from Kiddieland; and bikes and scooters from Huffy.
